THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT

This infographic caught my eye because it relates to something that is extremely relevant. The market for smartphone apps is growing and just about every company, website, and tv station has an interactive app for their consumers. Scanning this infographic, I can tell it is well put together and eye pleasing. There is a informative bar graph and the statistics shown are interesting. One problem I have is the wasted space in the center. I also disliked the gray background, but overall a solid infograph.

AMERICA SHOULD TRY A SALAD

One of the biggest problems in this country is obesity. Face it, we are a fat country. This infographic reveals some shocking stats about the issue of behind too fat. They use a tape measure on a large shirt as the focal point of the graph, it's both catchy and informative. They also have a speedometer looking piece that shows just how overweight America has been over the last 40 years. This was overall a very informative and well set up piece.
